From the first coffee of the morning to sunset apéritifs and evenings shared around the table, every moment is designed to reflect the warmth, authenticity and understated elegance of life in the French Pyrenees.
Begin your day surrounded by the beauty of the mountains with a freshly prepared breakfast inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Pyrenees.
Indulge in fresh bread and pastries fromthe boulangerie, served with homemade preserves and local honey. Enjoy homemade granola with seasonal fruits and homemade natural yoghurt. Delight in carefully selected regional ingredients. For those wanting a hot option, enjoy eggs cooked to order, prepared just the way you like them.
Start your breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and then settle in with freshly brewed coffee, a selection of fine teas or a comforting hot chocolate, while taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the valley and the high peaks beyond.
